Co-skipper on Tokio and Mari Cha IV,he was first mate on board Geronimo with Olivier de Kersauson when they brokethe record of the round the World Jules Vernes Trophy in 2004.

Steeped in the culture of racingsailing yachts, Franck is equally comfortable in command of sophisticatedcharter yachts and continued his career as Skipper of very popular charteryachts such as Django Too, Rose of Jericho and the classic Tuiga, flagship ofthe Monaco Yacht Club.

Now onboard Ipharra, he looksforward to sharing his extensive knowledge of the best anchorages and sailinggrounds of the Caribbean and the Mediterranean. Franck is committed to safetyand will enjoy taking you to a new thrilling experience on board this splendidcatamaran.

From 2009 to 2013 Anaïs did enjoy working onboard several Motor yachtsin the Mediterranean as Chef - Stewardess : Kriskar (23 m), Svea (34 m),Luisamay (34 m), Inouïs (35 m), L'Or (30 m), Escapa'ventures (27 m), MY Secret(50 m), Bojangles (30 m) and King K (43m).

She did work also in French Polynesia onboard M/Y Houbara (24 m) and asCook for day charters in the Caribbean.

In 2014, to improve and confirm her cooking, she worked in the French Rivierain prestigious
5 stars Relais & Châteaux, with Michelin-starred Chefs in La Bastide StAntoine (Chef J. Chibois) and Le Mas Candille (Chef S. Gouloumes).
In 2015, also as Chef de Partie at the Cannes Mariott Hotel.

Then, she turned back to the sea onboard M/Y Couach (22 m) as Cook. Sheis now onboard Ipharra. Her gastronomic background let her know how essentialan elegant presentation and high level service are causing a memorable culinaryexperience to the guests.
