Getting to Tortola
Flying directly into Tortola:
The airport is Terrance B Lettsome Airport (initials: EIS).
The airport is located on Beef Island, which is on the East End of Tortola.

Flying into St. Thomas (USVI):
Once you land at St. Thomas Airport (initials: STT), you will need to hail a cab to the ferry docks and take a ferry from St. Thomas to Road Town, Tortola.
Flying into San Juan, Puerto Rico:
As of March 2013, American Eagle will no longer have flights operating to and from the British Virgin Islands and San Juan, Puerto Rico.
There are several alternate options that offer flights between the British Virgin Islands and San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Fly the Whale
Fly the Whale became the first amphibious seaplane carrier to touch down in the waters of Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands. Getting to Hodges Creek Marina
Landing at Terrance B. Lettsome Airport (EIS).
Cab fare from base to airport and airport to base is approximately $7.00 per person, with a minimum trip fare of $21.00.
Hodges Creek Marina is approximately a ten minute car ride from the Beef Island airport.
Arriving by ferry;
Cab fare from Road Town ferry dock to Hodges Creek Marina and Marina to ferry dock is $20.00 per person minimum $40, $8 for additional guests.
There is a hotel on site at Hodges Creek Marina, and it is being renovated.
Near the marina, we recommend the Tamarind Club.

Restaurants & Grocery
There is a restaurant, Calamaya, on location at the marina open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The famous Pussers™ is located next door to the base and is open every day from 6pm.
The following mandatory items will be placed on board prior to your charter start for a fee of $55 per charter:
- 1 Roll of toilet paper per head
1 roll of paper towel
1 bottle (sm) of Dishwashing liquid
1 box of matches
1 pkt of handiwipes
1 box of garbage bags large
1 bottle of rum
2 cans of juice assorted, 4 cans of coke
1 bottle of mineral water (1.5L)
Small bag of ice
If you wish to take a taxi to go to Road Town you can call Roy at Sebastian Transport at 284-496-6701 to arrange for a taxi.
Please provide us with your arrival/departure dates and times at least 2 weeks prior to your charter, so that we can make necessary arrangements.
No ATM, grocery shop or WIFI on site for now. Closest places are 5 minutes by taxi to East End or 15 minutes to Roadtown. Please call Roy at Sebastian Transport to arrange for a taxi, 284-496-6701.
Dive Gear / Snorkel Equipment
There is a dive shop at the marina called Sail Caribbean Divers if you wish to order masks, snorkels and fins as well as diving equipment.
It is required to refuel your yacht upon returning to the dock. If refueling is not done prior to your departure from the island, your credit card will be charged with a $75 surcharge fee including credit card fees (approx. 3 – 4.5%). A credit card is required for our files during your boat briefing/chart briefing.
You can refuel before returning to the dock (Marina Cay, Peter Island) or upon return to the dock in Hodge’s Creek (only between the hours of 9am-4pm)
Boarding and Briefing Information
Boarding time is 5pm on the first day of your charter.
Charter Brief/Boat Brief to be held at 9:00am the following day.
The skipper/captain must be present during the boat and charter briefing.
An average of 1.5 to 2 hrs is necessary to complete your boat and chart briefing.
No charter will be allowed to leave the dock after 5:00pm regardless of the charter contract dates.
You must return your yacht to our dock by 10:00am on your last day of your charter.
(We recommend you spend the last night of your charter at our docks)
